Launching a Crisis Response Church Network in your City

Thank you for your interest in United in Crisis! Here are the recommended next steps to launch a church network in your city:

1

Identify a spirit-led, man or woman of God, who God is calling to be a full-time Executive Director (ED) to launch and lead a Crisis Response Church Network.

2

UIC Leadership will meet with potential ED candidates to cast vision for UIC and cities joining the global network (UIC expectations/UIC deliverables).

3

UIC strongly recommends that the ED raise up a Leadership Core Team around themselves before getting trained by UIC.

4

ED and Leadership Core Team fly to Austin for a 4-Day Intensive Training. The training will cover critical foundational building blocks for launching a Crisis Response Church Network in your city.

5

After completing the 4-Day Intensive Training, a newly formed Crisis Response Church Network needs to apply for UIC’s 12-Month Advanced Training Program scholarship. Once approved, UIC will coach and equip the leadership team over a 12-month period.

6
Upon approval, a UIC coach will be assigned to the newly formed Crisis Response Church Network to coach/train the ED and Leadership Core Team, month by month, through a 12-month development process. The training covers:

Month 1-3: Build Network Foundation and Infrastructure.

Month 4-6: Launch Church Network and Volunteer Training.

Month 7-9: Develop Infrastructure for Crisis Response and Annual Fundraiser.

Month 10-12: Fortify above areas with a time-tested approach to sustaining and growing the new Crisis Response Church Network.
